上个周末，我们楼里搬来了一个新邻居。
Shàng ge zhōumò, wǒmen lóu lǐ bān lái le yí ge xīn línjū.
Last weekend, a new neighbor moved into our building.
她是一位年轻的老师，刚从南方来。
Tā shì yí wèi niánqīng de lǎoshī, gāng cóng nánfāng lái.
She is a young teacher who just came from the south.
妈妈做了蛋糕，让我送给她。
Māma zuò le dàngāo, ràng wǒ sòng gěi tā.
Mom made a cake and asked me to give it to her.
她非常高兴，说："谢谢！你们真热情！"
Tā fēicháng gāoxìng, shuō: "Xièxie! Nǐmen zhēn rèqíng!"
She was very happy and said: "Thank you! You are so warm and kind!"
我发现她也对音乐感兴趣。
Wǒ fāxiàn tā yě duì yīnyuè gǎn xìngqù.
I found out she is also interested in music.
她愿意教我弹钢琴。
Tā yuànyì jiāo wǒ tán gāngqín.
She is willing to teach me to play the piano.
有一个好邻居真的很重要！
Yǒu yí ge hǎo línjū zhēn de hěn zhòngyào!
Having a good neighbor is really important!
